Meet Mary
Mary T. Scott is an executive coach based in Orlando, Florida. She works with clients who want to stretch and grow beyond their comfort zone to positively impact their future.

With many years as a coach, mentor, facilitator, leader and trainer, Mary sees clients in ways they do not see themselves. She is adept at unlocking individual excellence. Mary listens intently, dips below the surface, and helps clients realize what they can do to be who they are meant to be. Clients appreciate her calm, candid approach, probing questions and unique insights that lift their thinking and expand their perspectives.

Meet Mary T. Scott
Mary works with individuals and groups independently and through their companies, including Darden Restaurants, Siemens Energy, The Institute of Internal Auditors, the Jamaica Constabulary Force, American Express, and many others. She is a feedback coach for Embracing Leadership Excellence at Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and facilitates the Network of the Top 50 Companies for Working Families in Central Florida, which she founded in 1997. She also is a volunteer mentor coach for WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., helping high-potential women in business achieve their goals.

Many of Mary’s clients spend hours in email daily. She coaches them to streamline their time and energy using Microsoft® Outlook® to their advantage. Her strategies are based on thousands of hours coaching and training in many industries. She wrote the Amazon best seller, 111 Ways to Streamline Your Time with Microsoft® Outlook® 2007 and 2003.

During 18 years in Human Resources management at the Orlando Sentinel newspaper, Mary improved company-wide communication, introduced work-life programs, enhanced employee development practices, and more. Her strong listening skills enabled her to successfully coach many to overcome challenges.

Mary is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation. She holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication & Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Mary lives in Orlando with her husband, Jack, and their cat, Tux.
